What you will do

• Build and nurture internal tech and engineering communities for developers, architects, and product teams.
• Identify high-potential platforms, tools, and ecosystem trends to enhance tech productivity.
• Shape and maintain a clear roadmap for platforms and enablement initiatives.
• Act as a PM/PMO for cross-team initiatives, managing planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Orchestrate engagement through events, communities of practice, forums, and showcases.
• Serve as a connector between engineering, product, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, PMO, Platform Enablement, or Tech Transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of modern tech ecosystems, including cloud, DevOps, and developer tools.
• Proven ability to build and scale communities and engagement initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
