What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for hirify.global.ro, prioritizhirify.global initiatives based on business value and conversion impact.
• Optimize customer acquisition journeys, landhirify.global pages, and funnels through continuous A/B testhirify.global.
• Collaborate with engineerhirify.global teams to ensure website performance, scalability, and technical excellence.
• Implement AI-driven enhancements for personalization, content generation, and search optimization.
• Act as a bridge between markethirify.global strategy and technical execution to drive traffic and activation.
• Monitor KPIs and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager in e-commerce or digital acquisition.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience or deep understandhirify.global of CMS platforms and HTML.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineers and translate business logic into technical requirements.
• Analytical mindset with experience in funnel optimization, CVR drivers, and data-driven decision makhirify.global.
• Strong interest or hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or GPT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
