What you will do

• Manage multiple Cash & Liquidity projects by aligning impacted squads and ensuring delivery within timelines.
• Gather, validate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for service delivery.
• Maximize business value by supporting Product Managers with backlog prioritization.
• Remove impediments and facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders including Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Organize and lead quarterly service review meetings with global clients.

Requirements

• Experience in International Payments and the SWIFT network.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Experience in guiding both on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Proactive mindset with a structured and disciplined approach to delivery.
• Understanding of ING architecture and technical development processes.

Nice to have

• Understanding of MX messaging for cross-border payments and market infrastructures.
• Knowledge of database structures and messaging formats.
