What you will do

• Translate high-level business challenges into data-driven analyses and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using QlikSense and the USMA Data Lake to provide transparency into business performance.
• Collaborate with BI team members and stakeholders to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Drive the standardization, quality, and automation of metrics used in reporting and analysis.
• Partner with leadership to identify trends and uncover opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Interface with external agencies and internal functional leaders to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (implied by federal project and SDVOSB status).
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or health care.
• 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or Medical Affairs experience (BI, Medical Communication, or Operations).
• Proficiency in data-analytics tools, specifically data collection and visualization techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analyses and develop business cases using metrics.
