Salary: $132,000 – $153,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own the Generative AI product vision and roadmap, specifically for Microsoft Copilot (M365, Power Platform) and SAP Joule.
• Define and track measurable outcomes related to productivity, cost reduction, and business enablement.
• Identify and prioritize high-value GenAI use cases across various enterprise functions.
• Lead the enterprise rollout and adoption of AI solutions, ensuring integration into real business workflows.
• Manage and prioritize the GenAI product backlog, translating business needs into secure user stories.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Data, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with AI governance and Responsible AI standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in IT or digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft (M365, Power Platform, Azure) and SAP (Joule, BTP, S/4 HANA) ecosystem solutions.
• Practical exposure to Generative AI tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments with strong security and governance requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and backlog management.
• Must be based in North Andover, MA (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and AI governance models.
• Experience driving technology adoption and change management at scale.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
