What you will do

• Develop responsive web applications using React within a cross-functional agile product team.
• Translate UX/UI design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to design, implement, refactor, and debug software.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and QA to ensure software meets business and user requirements.
• Contribute to engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Professional experience building web applications with React.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, or related backend services.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with agile practices: Test-Driven Development, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration.
• Must be based in London (or eligible for the provided commuting/office allowances).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
