What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain public-facing APIs used by enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain integrations with external HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Dayforce.
• Support and develop shared platform services used across the engineering organization.
• Implement scalable, fault-tolerant solutions within large-scale multi-tenant cloud services.
• Integrate Generative AI tools and coding agents into daily workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Contribute to production health via on-call rotations and incident response in a "you build it, you run it" environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building reliable and performant applications and microservices.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Fullstack experience across frontend (React), backend, and database layers.
• Experience with AWS core compute, storage, and networking services.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS integrations (Workday, SAP, Dayforce).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Familiarity with Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Open-source contributions or side projects.
