What you will do

• Design, implement, and verify complex analog/mixed-signal circuits, including PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, and voltage regulators.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing strategic technical direction and professional coaching.
• Perform comprehensive circuit design verification using industry-standard tools like Cadence Spectre and MATLAB.
• Collaborate with product, system, and test engineering teams to ensure alignment with market requirements.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, yield, and performance across various process variations.
• Translate high-level corporate objectives into actionable technical and project plans.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in designing mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs).
• Strong expertise in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies and low-power/high-speed design techniques.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Practical lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units against design specifications.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
