What you will do

• Define innovative circuit architectures to meet microcontroller product requirements.
• Design, simulate, and validate analog IPs including ADC, DAC, PLL, and crystal oscillators.
• Perform behavioral and transistor-level simulations to ensure silicon specifications are met.
• Guide layout implementation and perform post-layout verification.
• Create technical design documentation and lead design reviews.
• Support productization through characterization, production testing, and life testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronic or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of product development experience.
• Proven experience with ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillators, References, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, or filters.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Catania, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C or equivalent).
