What you will do

• Architect and define next-generation data converter solutions including high-resolution ADCs and high-performance DACs.
• Translate system-level requirements into detailed architecture and sub-block specifications.
• Develop system-level and behavioral models using MATLAB/Simulink and Verilog-A/AMS.
• Lead detailed circuit design for critical blocks such as comparators, opamps, and clocking circuits.
• Perform deep analysis of performance metrics and correlate findings with silicon results.
• Mentor junior designers and drive technical innovation through patentable solutions.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years or PhD with 10+ years of experience in ADC/DAC design.
• Strong expertise in SAR, Sigma-Delta, and time-interleaved ADC architectures.
• Proven track record in designing high-performance converters from concept through silicon validation.
• Deep understanding of noise shaping, distortion mechanisms, and calibration techniques.
• Expertise in system-level modeling and mixed-signal simulation flows using Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and customers.
