Product Support Representative (Water Quality)

Salary: $23 - $28 / hour

What you will do

• Provide expert troubleshooting support for conditioning and filtration products via phone and email.
• Assist B2B customers, dealers, and wholesalers with the installation and setup of equipment.
• Manage the end-to-end post-sales process, including order entry and warranty replacements.
• Document customer interactions and manage concerns using CRM software.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to contribute to continuous product and process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Technical and mechanical experience in resolving product performance issues.
• Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience with residential and commercial water filtration and conditioning systems is preferred.
• Master Water Specialist certification is highly desirable.
