Salary: $23 - $28 / hour

What you will do
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for conditioning and filtration products via phone and email.
- Assist B2B customers, dealers, and wholesalers with the installation and setup of equipment.
- Manage the end-to-end post-sales process, including order entry and warranty replacements.
- Document customer interactions and manage concerns using CRM software.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to contribute to continuous product and process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Technical and mechanical experience in resolving product performance issues.
- Associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Experience with residential and commercial water filtration and conditioning systems is preferred.
- Master Water Specialist certification is highly desirable.
