What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality Java Spring Boot microservices.
• Design and evolve REST APIs, domain models, and integration contracts.
• Participate in architecture discussions regarding data models, service boundaries, and event flows.
• Perform code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and coach team members.
• Implement comprehensive testing including unit, integration, functional, and performance tests.
• Investigate and resolve issues across all environments from test to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience in enterprise or distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design, validation, and contract evolution.
• Proven capability to mentor and support team members.
• English: Advanced proficiency required.
• Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Docker.
