Salary: $230,000 – $342,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate CI/CD systems and software delivery pipelines for software running on device and in the cloud.
• Lead the architecture of internal platform capabilities across build, test, deployment, and workflow automation.
• Shorten developer feedback loops across build, test, debugging, and release workflows to improve productivity.
• Build secure-by-default platform capabilities, including access controls, secrets management, and policy enforcement.
• Define and track metrics for platform health, such as build times, queue times, and deployment lead time.
• Partner with product, systems, and infrastructure teams to transform engineering pain points into durable platform improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience building developer productivity, CI/CD, or internal platform systems.
• Deep experience designing and operating robust CI/CD pipelines and software delivery infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of secure software delivery practices, including least-privilege access and supply chain hardening.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and bring structure where needed.
• Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, CA.
