What you will do

• Analyze requirements and prototypes to develop comprehensive quality strategies and risk assessments.
• Define project scope, milestones, and quality gates in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, desktop, and backend environments.
• Integrate validation strategies into development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate quality signals and systemic risks to drive release readiness.
• Investigate customer-reported issues to identify gaps and improve future test strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with ownership of end-to-end test strategy.
• Experience translating product requirements into risk-based validation plans.
• Proficiency with testing repositories like Xray and automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as this role participates in E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, industrial manufacturing, or retail industries.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, GCP).
