What you will do

• Define infrastructure requirements and configure QA automation environments from scratch.
• Architect and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) for fast feedback loops.
• Establish testing standards, best practices, and test data management strategies for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with project requirements.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience architecting and implementing automation environments and frameworks from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Strong skills in programming languages including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud infrastructure.
• Must be based in Brazil.
