Focus on driving operational projects and product enhancements, performing impact analysis for syndicated data, and coordinating cross-team quality reviews and delivery targets.

What you will do
- Ensure regular execution of BAU deliverables maintenance and delivery to clients, including handling delays (limited scope) and rework with CS prioritization alignment.
- Coordinate post-production and pre-delivery checks with BAU and follow the formal incident management process using RACI.
- Own quality assurance and resolution of operational escalations by working with Customer Support (client SPOC) and Data Operations.
- Deliver operational projects and major global operational changes, including defining delivery targets, communicating progress/status/risk, and recommending effective solutions.
- Design operational solutions with clients by translating needs into technical specifications and conducting feasibility studies.
- Perform verifications using operational tools, triage tickets, ensure SLA/service standards, and support resolution of operational client requests (including DDM) with direct client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong operational and client-orientation skills with ability to understand end-to-end operational processes and translate business expectations into technical specifications.
- Strong technical understanding of operations production platforms and capabilities.
- Good understanding of the local FMCG industry and strong relationship management skills to liaise with commercial, clients, and operational teams.
- Strong analytical skills and very good attention to details; proactive, independent, and results-oriented problem solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local PH language; good Excel knowledge is a must.
