What you will do

• Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investment opportunities.
• Review offering memoranda, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support real estate investment decisions.
• Prepare high-caliber slide decks for investment presentations.
• Manage property-level due diligence, including lease review and loan document analysis.
• Organize and maintain the acquisitions pipeline and provide administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
• Proficiency in underwriting multifamily and affordable housing opportunities.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work during US Pacific business hours.
