Associate Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Associate Consultant (Fintech): Monitoring and resolving data service flows for enterprise data management solutions with an accent on data quality, incident management, and client support. Focus on resolving data exceptions, maintaining operational standards, and utilizing diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability.

Location: Must be based in BGC Taguig, Manila. Hybrid work (2-3x a week RTO) and APAC Shift required.

What you will do

• Monitor daily service flows using internal tools and Excel-based trackers.
• Resolve data exceptions as a Maker and perform peer reviews for simple cases.
• Acknowledge and resolve non-complex client and internal queries through initial investigations.
• Create incident tickets for service disruptions and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain standard operational reports and perform MDS environment status checks.
• Adhere to operational controls and risk-management standards to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a technical or data-related background, or early-career experience in EDM Services.
• Amenable to work in BGC Taguig, Manila.
• Available for APAC Shift and hybrid attendance (2-3x a week RTO).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to follow structured operational processes.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn financial data and workflows.

• Foundational Python skills to support analysis and operational reporting.
