What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive research on global investors, including hedge funds, pension funds, and family offices.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of investor profiles within the platform.
• Provide timely support to clients by addressing requests and completing ad-hoc tasks.
• Identify and report software bugs to the product team to improve research infrastructure.
• Research and implement new tools to automate data capture and streamline research workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Must be willing to work night shifts and extended hours as per business needs.
• Must be willing to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Excel for manipulating large datasets.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and analytical detail orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
