Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Lead the development and enhancement of financial reporting frameworks to ensure scalability and accuracy across operations.
• Design and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and operational analysis.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Data teams to establish data structures, reporting architecture, and system integrations using SAP, Essbase, and STORM.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting, reduce manual processes, and improve output speed.
• Analyze financial results and labor trends, translating findings into actionable insights for leadership.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations, including monthly operating reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or operational finance.
• Expertise in designing and implementing financial systems and data tools (SAP, Essbase, Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP.
• Must be based in New York and available for a hybrid schedule (4 days/week in office).
