Salary: $115,400 - $192,300

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of implementation specialists, technical integration experts, and support professionals.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to ensure successful onboarding and long-term product adoption.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Lead technical integration strategy, particularly with EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
  • Monitor and improve key customer metrics including adoption, utilization, NPS, and retention.
  • Partner with Sales and Product leadership to align on customer goals and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or leadership roles within healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, specifically EHR integration and clinical workflows.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience in scaling organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or MHA.
  • Experience scaling customer success organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capabilities.
