What you will do
- Build, lead, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of implementation specialists, technical integration experts, and support professionals.
- Define and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to ensure successful onboarding and long-term product adoption.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Lead technical integration strategy, particularly with EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
- Monitor and improve key customer metrics including adoption, utilization, NPS, and retention.
- Partner with Sales and Product leadership to align on customer goals and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or leadership roles within healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, specifically EHR integration and clinical workflows.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience in scaling organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
