What you will do

  • Design and lead end-to-end customer experience strategies to drive Zio Service adoption.
  • Partner with health system stakeholders to align on cardiac program goals and success metrics.
  • Create standardized, reproducible customer engagement experiences using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, EHR integration managers, and clinical operations to meet customer needs.
  • Recommend solutions to optimize cardiac monitoring programs within large health systems.
  • Prioritize work to meet business goals and demonstrate physician adoption metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • Experience in device or clinical sales, process improvement, or cardiovascular leadership.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Visio).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trust with strategic partners.
