What you will do

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and expand BASES services to new clients using consultative selling.
• Translate technical consumer insights and research data into impactful business recommendations for marketers.
• Prepare proposals, design costs, and manage the conversion process to drive revenue targets.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure insights align with business objectives and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with analytics experts on study design and lead presentations for key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior associates and coach the team on client leadership and higher-order skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing research, consulting, or the marketing field.
• English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication required.
• Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Tools.
• Experience in Innovation Research and commercial business development.
