TL;DR

Learning Experience Designer (Education): Designing and developing innovative learning solutions for TD Wealth with an accent on adult education principles, learner engagement, and retention. Focus on creating dynamic training content across various modalities, including eLearning, video, and gamification, to drive behavioral outcomes and decrease time to proficiency.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $69,700 - $98,400 CAD

What you will do

  • Design, develop, test, and implement comprehensive training solutions across multiple modalities.
  • Partner with Learning Strategy Managers to identify business gaps and align learning objectives with strategy.
  • Manage project deliverables, stakeholder expectations, resources, and timelines.
  • Apply adult education theory and storytelling to create engaging eLearning, videos, and simulations.
  • Collaborate with peers and communicate regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development.
  • Post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Curriculum Development.
  • Proficiency in L&D software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
