Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, Canada

Salary: $4,970.92 – $7,141.92 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Collaborate with medical leads and project managers to develop educational strategies and program plans.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for educational events, including scheduling, speaker coordination, and on-site support.
• Develop and disseminate program policies, guidelines, and learning materials.
• Manage course inventory and implement new learning modules on the Moodle platform.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and learning needs.
• Draft marketing content and support the preparation of reports and publications.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Minimum of two years of related professional experience.
• Must be able to provide on-site support for events in the Lower Mainland.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in adult education or social sciences.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Moodle.
• Knowledge of the BC medical system and experience working with the medical community.
• Formal training in project management.
