Location: Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid: 4 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Manage asset performance initiatives including leasing, valuation, and development.
• Assist in partner and advisor relationship management.
• Support debt financing, reporting, and refinancing processes.
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and leasing strategies.
• Update investment models and cash flow forecasts quarterly.
• Conduct financial analyses and support acquisition due diligence.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in Korea’s real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Korean and English (strong interpersonal and communication skills).
• Familiarity with asset management of income-producing and development assets.
• Basic financial modeling and valuation skills using Excel, Argus, and Estate Master.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
