Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. Role requires a hybrid work schedule with at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to execution.
• Develop executive-ready communications, including updates, pre-reads, and decision memos.
• Partner with Distribution, Investments, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to align stakeholders and resolve trade-offs.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategy, including market profiling and operational efficiency assessments.
• Support internal governance groups and maintain a strong operating cadence for the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated ability to create executive-level communications and influence senior stakeholders.
• High-impact, hypothesis-oriented problem-solving skills with a strong bias for action.
• Interest in utilizing AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot and learning about digital assets.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
