What you will do

• Manage and coordinate global project teams including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure project adherence to budget, scope, and profitability targets.
• Oversee project tasks to ensure compliance with standard processes and policies.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for assigned projects.
• Chair project team meetings and teleconferences.
• Support business development through proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma industries.
• Proven experience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full project lifecycles.
• In-depth knowledge of dermatology therapeutic areas and protocols.
• Experience with project-level budget, finance, and costing.
