Customer Success Coordinator

TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (Fitness): Managing the onboarding and long-term engagement of VIP clients for a fitness platform with an accent on building strong relationships, ensuring retention, and facilitating program renewals. Focus on providing high-quality support, identifying ascension opportunities, and maintaining responsiveness across email, phone, and text channels.

Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding California). Must be available to work evenings until 9pm PST and Saturdays between 7am-3pm PST.

Compensation: $28.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new VIP clients post-sale to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Support coach-client assignments and manage welcome call cadences.
• Field general program inquiries via email, phone, and text messages.
• Proactively identify opportunities for program renewals and ascension to additional services.
• Collaborate with the internal team to resolve client issues and escalations.
• Support retention initiatives by helping clients stay engaged and overcome barriers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• 3-5+ years of experience in customer service or client success.
• Availability for evening hours (until 9pm PST) and Saturdays (7am-3pm PST).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to attend monthly All Hands meetings and weekly team huddles.
