TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end onboarding and long-term relationship for church partners on the Nurture platform with an accent on scaling the customer success function and building operational scaffolding. Focus on bridging the gap between customer needs and technical execution and codifying support playbooks.
Location: Remote, must be based in one of the following US states: AR, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OK, TN, TX
Salary: $67,500 - $76,000

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day onboarding execution, coordinating technical setup and building onboarding templates.
- Manage an assigned book of churches through ongoing monthly check-ins and relationship management.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the development team to translate requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document operational processes, including onboarding playbooks and support workflows.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration within the customer success function.
- Travel periodically for in-person training and customer engagements.
Requirements
- Meaningful church or ministry experience (staff or deep involvement).
- Experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS or technology company.
- Must be based in approved US states (AR, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OK, TN, TX).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for leading meetings and producing documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple work-streams independently and prioritize tasks.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Church Management Systems (PCO, CCB, Rock, Salesforce).
