What you will do

• Lead pre-sales activities and perform deep technical discovery for new and existing clients.
• Design scalable system architectures and present clear technical diagrams.
• Manage client accounts by balancing technical requirements with business objectives.
• Coordinate internally to ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.
• Write clear technical documentation and strategic implementation plans.
• Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in DevOps engineering including cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and security.
• Proven experience in designing architectures and presenting system diagrams.
• Ability to perform deep technical discovery and gap analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical issues.
• Strong sense of ownership and confidence in leading client conversations.
• Mature approach to navigating human relationships and long-term strategic thinking.
