Location: Israel - Raanana, hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model (2 days office, 3 days remote weekly)

What you will do

• Design scalable, resilient cloud architectures and select optimal technology stacks.
• Drive operational excellence through automation to improve system resilience, efficiency, and developer experience.
• Research and prototype emerging technologies to enhance DevOps processes and R&D delivery.
• Lead build, release, and deployment initiatives across stakeholders with long-term vision.
• Champion GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code for secure, compliant, highly available production systems.
• Translate technical complexities into business value aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Cloud Architecture and DevOps.
• Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, Azure, and enterprise architectures.
• Hands-on engineering for troubleshooting and system integration.
• Solid Kubernetes/EKS experience in deployment, scaling, networking, upgrades.
• Production Terraform and IaC experience.
• CI/CD, GitOps in product-centric DevOps culture; security, compliance, governance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, collaborative mindset.
