What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for internship and early career programs within the financial services sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and process delivery.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using advanced methodologies to ensure high-quality talent pipelines.
• Manage high-touch candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on applicant tracking systems and recruitment process effectiveness.
• Coordinate and participate in fall recruiting season activities, including required overnight travel.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Newport Beach, CA 4 days per week.
• Ability to travel overnight during the fall recruiting season.
• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within campus or early careers hiring.
• Strong expertise in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer responsiveness and relationship management.
