What you will do

• Design and optimize electrical and electronic systems for semiconductor and laser products to ensure high performance.
• Develop and test circuits for optical systems, including power supplies and signal processing components.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for existing products on SEMI/laser production lines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enhance Design for Manufacturability (DFM) processes.
• Re-engineer existing designs to reduce costs while maintaining strict quality and performance standards.
• Liaise with external suppliers regarding technical drawings and product specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (BEng) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical circuit and PCB layout design, ideally in semiconductor or precision engineering.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
• Experience with electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, function generators, and digital multimeters.
• Working knowledge of IPC standards and Six Sigma methodologies (FMEA).
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100D.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
