Interconnect Product Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the harness business for key aerospace and defense customers to ensure sustainable growth.
• Own revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance for assigned programs.
• Manage proposal development, including technical coordination, costing, and pricing strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing standardized processes and optimizing workflows.
• Monitor schedule adherence, quality performance, and program risks throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience managing customized, customer-specific products, ideally harnesses or complex electromechanical systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from opportunity stage through delivery.
• Strong understanding of sales, engineering, supply chain, and controlling processes.
• Must be able to travel approximately 50% within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with aerospace qualification standards such as EN 9100 or EASA Part 21G/145.
