What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions and design functional solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Manage full delivery lifecycle of Core HR implementations including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Define data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Act as primary advisor to HR and business stakeholders and facilitate workshops and change management.
- Oversee integrations with payroll, time, talent, and ERP systems ensuring secure and efficient data flows.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practice documentation and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Germany (Magdeburg, Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt) with hybrid work arrangement.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
- 8–10+ years in HR technology consulting with 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in multi-country, large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR process optimization.
- Strong skills in data migration, governance, integration, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead workshops and collaborate across business and technical teams.
