What you will do

• Design and build core ML systems for next-generation AI agents.
• Own the full lifecycle of ML products from problem framing and data strategy to deployment and monitoring.
• Implement frameworks for LLM-powered agents, including RAG pipelines and workflow orchestration.
• Partner with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate agents into the platform.
• Apply engineering judgment to ensure systems are scalable, observable, and enterprise-ready.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering building applied products at scale.
• Professional experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience building services to host ML models in production.
• Demonstrated experience working with LLMs, text generation, or graph neural networks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP.
