What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Optical and Photonics Systems Test Engineers.
• Develop and debug wafer-scale and die-level high-speed (56 Gbps+/lane) optical and electrical measurement setups.
• Own the end-to-end operation, maintenance, and roadmap of wafer-scale probe stations.
• Drive correlation between wafer-level tests, sub-system characterization, and system-level validation for NPI.
• Plan and execute Photonics DVT testing on Photonic Fabric scale-up networking products.
• Collaborate with ASIC design, AMS design, and packaging teams to improve device performance and test coverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA for this hands-on leadership role.
• Deep, hands-on experience operating and maintaining commercial wafer-scale probe stations (e.g., Cascade/FormFactor, MPI).
• Proficiency in automating test setups using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or C#, and data analysis with JMP or DataConductor.
• Strong experience in high-speed (56 Gbps+/lane) measurements, including BER testing, eye-diagram analysis, and S-parameter characterization.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical engineering teams in a semiconductor or photonics environment.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
