What you will do
- Own the post-sale customer relationship as the primary strategic advisor.
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure customers achieve early and sustained value.
- Develop and execute success plans with defined goals and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor customer health metrics like usage, adoption, and NPS to proactively drive retention.
- Deliver regular business reviews to align product performance with customer priorities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to coordinate account strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Korea.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of the subscription lifecycle, including onboarding and retention drivers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience with products or a background in life sciences.
- Understanding of Energy, Engineering, Chemical, or Technology markets.
- Interest in AI technologies and their application to business performance.
