What you will do

• Support daily operational processes for investment systems and ensure business logic integrity.
• Compile and manage large-scale data sets from multiple sources to support investment team infrastructure.
• Create and distribute regular and ad hoc investment reports covering assets, returns, and performance attribution.
• Execute rigorous data validations to ensure accuracy for research, portfolio management, and client reporting.
• Collaborate with investment teams to address internal and external client inquiries regarding strategies.
• Define requirements for new processes and contribute to efficiency efforts through automation and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to diverse teams.
• Keen attention to detail combined with a big-picture perspective.
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in learning new technical tools.
• Interest in programming and quantitative work, with experience in SQL, Python, or VBA viewed favorably.
