Semiconductor Maintenance Technician (Etch)

Location: Must be based in Chandler, AZ (Onsite)

What you will do

• Perform tool recoveries, cleaning, and rebuilding of chambers and subcomponents.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and consumable changes to ensure fab functionality.
• Complete necessary documentation and train others on related maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Work independently to achieve First Time Right and duration goals for PM completion.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ.
• Must be able to work compressed shifts, including night shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 12 hours, stoop, crawl in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Solid understanding of 5S methodology and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: AA, AS, AAS degree or progress in electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or equivalent military training.
