What you will do

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop engineering criteria for new product concepts.
• Create and maintain detailed 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with industrial designers to implement design vision while ensuring manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate prototype fabrication and perform rigorous testing against project requirements.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives during pilot builds and production launches.
• Provide engineering leadership and coach team members on technical tasks and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• 7 years of professional engineering experience with a proven track record of results.
• 3+ years of experience in new product development design or engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Pro-E or equivalent 3D CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and their application in manufacturing.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including production, management, and external suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience in process engineering.
• Prior project management experience.
