What you will do

• Generate and maintain repair and assembly work instructions.
• Implement and validate product rework methods to ensure compliance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance First Pass Yield and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate engineering investigations and produce technical reports.
• Support the introduction of new product lines and repair services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in repair, assembly, and test environments.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience in aerospace.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and mechanical actuation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, CMM data, and process specifications.
• Experience with Root Cause/Corrective Action and Lean principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace maintenance or OE production environments.
• Experience coordinating with customers and suppliers on complex projects.
