What you will do

• Manage daily service health, availability, and performance of banking technology systems.
• Lead incident resolution and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Execute system changes using proper controls and rigorous risk management.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and support audit processes.
• Implement automation to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations covering infrastructure, applications, and middleware.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and a strong grasp of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience working within regulated environments focusing on compliance and security.
• Autonomy to lead incidents and coordinate changes within your domain.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Windows Server, CCNA, or CCNP certifications.
• Basic knowledge of automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
