What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage the incident and request lifecycle, including prioritization and escalation to higher-level teams.
• Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and software installations.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles following ITIL best practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in IT troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Foundational understanding of networking.
• Experience working with Microsoft InTune.
• Ability to attend the office in Barcelona (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, and industry trends.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure AD.
