Senior Data Analyst (SQL/Python)

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects in MSSQL and MySQL.
• Build Python automation scripts and data processing utilities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or equivalent tools.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across SQL queries, ETL jobs, and reporting systems while ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, stakeholders, and US-based clients on requirements, technical discussions, status updates, deployments, and production support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, ETL, or data engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including MSSQL and MySQL, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Pentaho Data Integration or equivalent ETL tools.
• Experience with Python scripting, automation, data processing, and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of AWS services and cloud-based data processing concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
