Salary: $30.00/hour ($26.00 base + $4.00 shift premium)

What you will do

• Lead and support 2nd shift fabrication team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Create, maintain, and audit standard work processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Train new employees and provide cross-training to existing staff.
• Perform root cause problem solving to eliminate waste and resolve production issues.
• Monitor cycle times against takt time and assist on the production line when necessary.
• Maintain accurate production control charts and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, 6S, and TWI.
• Experience with standard work, time observations, and production metrics.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM).

Nice to have

• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Additional education in lean methodologies or leadership.
