What you will do

• Design leading-edge transimpedance amplifiers using advanced CMOS FinFET and SiGe BiCMOS technologies.
• Develop transmission line and millimeter wave structures to enhance circuit performance.
• Design high-performance broadband analog circuits including AGC loops, linear regulators, and sensors.
• Collaborate with functional groups on post-silicon validation, qualification, and mass production transition.
• Perform transistor-level design and stability analysis for complex analog systems.
• Debug design performance through correlation of simulations and lab measurements.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing an MS or PhD in electrical engineering with an emphasis on analog/mixed signal IC design.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Proven experience in high-performance receiver design, including chip tape-out and lab evaluation.
• Solid experience with EDA CAD tools and Analog Custom Layout.
• Deep understanding of device physics, transistor-level design, and feedback loop stability.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
