Salary: $164,470–$232,190 USD

What you will do

• Develop logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for mixed-signal IPs and subsystems.
• Define architecture and microarchitecture features for designed blocks.
• Apply analog behavior modeling and circuit simulation to optimize mixed-signal logic.
• Ensure design integrity for physical implementation and meet power, performance, area, and timing goals.
• Review verification plans and resolve failing RTL tests to ensure feature correctness.
• Support SoC customers to ensure high-quality IP block integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's degree with 4+ years of industry experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog (RTL design).
• Deep knowledge of RTL-to-GDSII flow, STA, and CDC.
• Experience integrating analog IP with digital logic.
• Strong understanding of digital logic fundamentals and EDA tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power Delivery and Power Management systems.
• Understanding of analog/mixed-signal blocks (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, regulators).
• Experience with DFT as it relates to mixed-signal HIP.
• Scripting experience in Python, Perl, or TCL/Tk.
• Experience with mixed-signal simulation.
