Salary: $135,200.00 - $202,800.00

What you will do

• Specify, develop, and design analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, contributing individually and coaching teammates.
• Define direction for circuit innovation through gathering requirements from product, project, systems, test, research, or firmware engineering.
• Take ownership and responsibility for designs through the entire development cycle, from concept to production release.
• Develop and maintain simulation testbenches using Spectre and ADE to verify functionality and ability to meet specifications.
• Direct and review IC layout activities within Cadence Layout tools.
• Specify, direct, and perform design characterization and verification of ICs and electronic modules.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field with minimum 7 years of experience designing analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, or equivalent.
• Experience creating schematics and verification simulations within Cadence EDA tools.
• Experience integrating test strategy into design for highly testable ICs or built-in self-test architectures.
• Experience translating circuit requirements into layout directions that drive signal integrity, matching, and thermal considerations.
• Experience conducting concept, preliminary, critical, and fracture reviews to ensure device quality, capability, and functional requirements.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Nice to have

• MS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience using Cadence EDA analog and mixed-signal tools.
• A thorough knowledge of analog and mixed-signal IC design methodologies.
• Ultra-Low power and subthreshold design methodologies.
• Medical Device experience preferred.
